HOME Brand
Housing Opportunities Made Equal (HOME), is a fair housing non-profit that has been fighting housing discrimination in Virginia since the 1970s. HOME has made historical advancements for human rights, and continues to tackle discrimination as housing issues change over time. I knew I wanted to move the design in a direction that reflected the warmth and strength of the organization.
When coming up with a new look for HOME’s materials, I chose to pair bright cerulean blue and warm green to compliment the brown of the original HOME logo. The new blue and green wave theme is meant to evoke a comforting clarity, a sense of growth, and endurance over time.
